Q. My machine has stopped responding, what should I do?
A. It is quite likely that your machine has crashed. If
you cannot close the application then try pressing the Reset
button on your machine. This will reboot the computer and
start your operating system again.
Q. I am trying to print a document and the printer is not
responding. What am I doing wrong?
A. Firstly check there is power to the printer. Does the
printer have any lights illuminated and is it switched online...Normally
if the printer is online you will have a green power light.
Please check your printer manual for precise details of printer
status.
Q. I still cannot print even though there is power to the
printer. What do I do now?
A. Refer to your printer documentation to check whether
the correct printer driver is installed for your printer.
If in doubt contact the manufacturer of the printer.

Q. I have installed a component and I am getting ActiveX
error in my application. What should I do?
A. Make sure the component is properly registered. Use
regsvr32.exe tool to register the component under Win32 platforms.
Q. My documentation includes references to items that are
not present in my component version.
A. Please check you have the most recent version of the
component by visiting the support
area.
